Personal training clients train in an environment with a client to coach ratio from 1-2:1. Each client undergoes a comprehensive assessment that includes the Functional Movement Screen, which uses a series of 7 tests to identify any limitations in mobility or stability and side to side discrepancies. The Functional Movement Screen is used in every major professional sport and is backed by research supporting the relationship between limitations in the screen and future injury risk.
Personal training clients also receive a monthly body fat analysis to identify specific areas of fat storage, which can be used to guide both training program design and nutrition recommendations.
These assessments are used to design a customized program to meet your individual needs and maximize your rate of progress.
